Pricing based on the square footage of your house. If you don't
know what the square footage of your house is we can find out through
your city or town. It should say it on your taxes or we can call the
assessor's office to find out. We can also look on the REALTOR's MLS data sheet but that is not always accurate.
*Finished basements are not usually counted in the square footage (or taxed) unless a permit was pulled, so this could be a bonus for you. This can also give you an idea as to whether or not that finished basement did or did not have permits pulled. Whether or not permits were pulled for any work done during the history of the subject house is something I DON'T research or report.*
Home Inspections Buyer
Includes the inspection - typically 2-4 hours depending on
the condition of the house and how many questions you have, the 20 + page report with pictures
if needed to clearly explain the condition of the house, Home Maintenance manual, Home Maintenance newsletter
and the ability to call and use me as a reference point for on going maintenance or fix
it ideas. You'd be surprised how many people call me to ask questions about their house
after they move in. Report emailed to you. Report can also printed on site if needed.

Duplex- 4 Family
1/2 of units at regular price - other 1/2 is half off the cost.
Determine Square footage of 1/2 of the units. This will give you the cost.
Then add 50%
Example:
Townhouse duplex, one side sq ft = 1200
300 + ( 300 x 1/2) = 450

I would suggest that you make copies of receipts for completed repair work for you to have available to prospective buyers at your Realtor's open houses. Attach the receipts right to the
"Move in Certified" report.
